mCreat is an Events Management company, working in London, the Midlands and across the UK. We were established by Alison Medwell in 2012. A small company, with a big difference.

Alison has created a virtual team of highly experienced event experts, who are passionate about what they do. You can be sure your event is being created and delivered by some of the best in the business. We draw upon the resources we need, when we need them, so you get a show-stopping event, without the heart-stopping price-tag.
We’re Completely Flexible
We can scale up to huge events for multinational organisations, or keep things lean and simple for smaller, more intimate events. We can produce and manage your event from initial idea through to delivery, or just provide support with specific key stages where you most need it.
We’re Very Experienced
The mCreat team have over 40 years combined experience across Events Management, AV Rental & Staging, Digital & Video Content, Graphics & Branding, Bespoke Registration Systems and Guest Logistics. We have delivered events for 100 guests up to over 7,000 guests, using cutting edge concepts and technologies to make each event really ‘pop’!

We’re Built On Inclusivity
Alison is a passionate believer in inclusivity. Having set mCreat up when she was on maternity leave, she became aware that there were many other highly skilled people, who previously held senior positions, but who now found the rat race or standard office hours difficult to juggle with the demands of family life. This meant that there was a large pool of top quality talent, feeling marginalised, excluded and frustrated. mCreat’s company structure was therefore designed to specifically attract this untapped talent pool by providing them with the flexibility they needed.
